Our cover features premium fabric woven in Canada that contains Natural Bamboo content, and STA-Cool Moisture Management Technology. STA-Cool transports moisture away from the body helping you maintain a comfortable body temperature for a more restful sleep.

Talalay latex is used in our LUX Rejuvenate, LUX Pillowtop and Hybrid mattresses. Natural and derived from the Hevea Brasiliensis tree, Talalay is supportive, cushioning, and highly breathable. Your Haven mattress will be made fresh to order. We strive to have your Haven shipped within 3-5 business days of your order. You will receive a Fedex tracking code allowing you to go online and check on your delivery. Delivery partners generally will not deliver a Haven over weekends. Depending on where you live in Canada, your Haven will take 1-5 business days to ship. Due to the hand-made nature of our mattresses we do occasionally experience backlogs and delays, when these happen we work hard to update the header on the website to make this clear to shoppers, if you don't see a note on the website you can generally expect your Haven to arrive in 1-2 weeks

We follow North American mattress industry sizing standards, but please note that the handmade nature of Haven production allows for 3/4" of sizing variation.

You can sleep on your new Haven mattress the day it arrives! While the mattress will start expanding immediately after unboxing, we do recommend waiting a few hours to allow it to fully expand and air out for the best sleeping experience. If your mattress arrives in the colder months - we recommend you wait a few hours for it to approach room temperature to allow it to fully expand.
